Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction


“SIMPLIO” LOCATED IN KEIZERSGRACHT 482 1017EG AMSTERDAM NETHERLANDS, IS WILLING TO GRANT ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION TO YOU AS THE COMPANY OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL BE UTILIZING THE APPLICATION (REFERENCED BELOW AS “MERCHANT”) ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT AS A MERCHANT, YOU REPRESENT THAT WE HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND YOU THE MERCHANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. MERCHANT AND SIMPLIO MAY EACH ALSO BE REFERRED TO AS A “PARTY” AND TOGETHER, THE “PARTIES”.

When this Refunds and Cancellation Policy mentions Simplio or Simple Invoice or Simple Promotions and Upsells or Simple Order Printer or https://www.simplio.app or https://www.simpleinvoice.info, it refers to “we”, “us”, or “our”, and we will be acting as a Data Processor.

1. Refunds and Cancellation Concerns

At Simplio, we are passionate about what we do, and we want to make your refunds or cancellation as easy as possible.

As a customer or subscriber of the Simplio apps and services, you reserve the right to cancel/terminate your subscription for convenience at any time. Be aware that, cancellation of a subscription does not guarantee a refund from Simplio. Your continuous use of the Simplio services means you consent that all payments or purchases made on the application are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Simplio.

Should you at any time wish to request a refund, please send us a message via helpdesk@simplio.app with the reason for requesting a refund. We may consider your refund request before the grace of (1) One Month usage. Notwithstanding, some refunds may not be granted in Simplio once you have subscribed one of the Simplio Packages.
